What materials are your products made from?

We use high-quality materials for all our products. Most of our t-shirts are made from 100% premium cotton or a cotton/polyester blend for softness and durability. How should I care for my Beard Affiliated clothing?

To keep your Beard Affiliated clothing looking its best, we recommend:

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Is free shipping available?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. This will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

How do I exchange an item for a different size or color?

For exchanges, we recommend returning your original purchase following our return process and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the replacement item as quickly as possible, especially if the new size or color is currently in stock.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
