At Beard Affiliated, we strive to provide you with the best possible shipping experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Beard Affiliated is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Beard Affiliated purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@beardaffiliated.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return your original purchase following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
